Question about VPN connections and routes

Will a workstation that connects via AnyConnect to an ASA 5510 learn routes to all of the subnets directly connected to the ASA? For instance, if the internal network is 10.0.0.0/8, the DMZ network is 192.168.1.0/24, and the VPN IP address of the workstation is in the 10.2.0.0/24 network; will the workstation know to use 10.2.0.0/24 to reach 192.168.1.0/24?

Edit: The workstaion's local LAN IP is in the 192.168.30.0/24 network.
