Hey guys. We are looking to hire a couple of network hardware engineers for our lab in Austin, TX. Looking for both Junior and Senior level folks. Would LOVE some advice on places to look for these individuals. Here are some of the qualifications:
Job Description: Summary
To manage the testing, repair, auditing, configuration, and reconfiguration of assigned computer systems and software of Cisco equipment (Catalyst, Nexus, ASR, ISR, 7200 Series, VOIP, Security). Ability to learn additional product lines quickly such as Extreme, Juniper and attain additional certifications as required

Responsibilities and Duties
Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance of lab
Oversee testing and processes related to resale of hardware
Confirms auditing of all systems and devices, and then breaks down to a bare configuration
Tests, troubleshoots and resolves hardware or software problems.
Reconfigures systems by sales orders and makes sure system is working properly before the next shipment.
Checks off system orders to make sure all parts and devices are correct according to sales order.
Assists other engineers with the day-to-day operations of the Engineering department
Responsible to team development and performance goals
Responsible for support of pre and post sales
Experience coding in C or C++ to help streamline process
Excellent communication skills
CCNP/CCDP (CCNA with equivalent experience is also acceptable)
