New to Fiber

So I am at a client site right now and am having trouble bring up the fiber connection between the two buildings. What did I do wrong?

Fiber Between Buildings (see pic) Distance between buildings is about 50-75m so I don't think I am past the 550m that everything appears to be rated for.
