We have a site to site VPN connected with
Juniper SSG140 and a 5GT.
Both with static IP.
Internet Provider Qwest router -> Juniper SSG140 device-> LAN (10.1.1.0/24)
Internet Provider Verizon router -> Juniper 5Gt device -> LAN (10.2.1.0/24)
Data is working fine, I can ping from 10.1.10/24 network to 10.2.1.0/24 network and the other way around. So I know everything is working. I was able to login to the domain and login to exchange email. Everything work fine exampt for the phone system.
We have a 3com PBX SIP phone system. the phone from the remote site connect fine. I am able to dial the extension to the corporate and as soon as it ring for the 3rd time. I just go blank and hang up. I can also see the person calling me, but when I pick up I cannot hear them and they hang up. So voice is not passing through somewhere. Is this a setting in the juniper? or is this a internet provider issues? I need to somehow pass voice traffic to both end.
Please advise is you have similar issues before. Thanks in advance!!!
