Metro Ethernet on Sophos UTM 425 is giving me a headache

We ordered new fiber internet at our main site and Metro Ethernet for two remote offices. I am having the hardest time wrapping my head around the remote office portion. Here's the deal:

Fiber from their switch in our rack on WAN port in UTM, works fine.

Metro E from their switch in our rack on LAN port in UTM, not so much.

The fiber internet has a /30 address.

The Metro E has a /28 address that I'm supposed to assign to the remote sites. Those site currently are using the RED10 devices from Sophos. I've gone through the various setup wizards and guides and I'm always able to ping the remote IP, but nothing else. That means nothing since it's on the UTM anyway.... The gateway address of the fiber internet is what I'm to use for these site as well.

I don't understand what IP I enter for the Metro E on the UTM. Is it one of the 5 I have from the provider (/28)? Should I set up an actual router at the remote sites instead?

BTW, the provider isn't doing VLAN tagging on the Metro E, but can if I need them too. But that will be a process and I could go a few days without talking to them and be okay.

Anything else you need from me? Off to get an advil and a beer... okay water for now.
