Need some network help

First let me say thanks to the community for all the help i have gotten with out posting. ( been lurking for a while) Ive been a desktop admin for a while, and now i run my own shop for a non profit and networking is one of my weak points.

I have Cisco 3560 PoE that my ISP manages for me and i just purchased a Netgear / GS752TP. I have 2 VLANs, one voice and one data. (trying to add as much info as i can)

Do i need to have a trunk ports set up on both the switches to insure that they are going to pass traffic correctly? or can i just connect the netgear to a port that passes both vlans and go on with my day.

Second question, come on you knew this was coming. Can i use the high speed ports to connect the two switches ?? or do they need to be the same brand ?
