We have a site where we deployed some Wyse C10LE terminals and when I VNC to any of the terminals, it bumps the ping times from a solid 82ms to 4-500+ and this continues until I disconnect the VNC session.
The site is a fair way away (Brisbane to Perth) but we do not have the same issues when VNC to HP TC's, just the Wyse Terminals. I have attempted to change the colours down to 64 but its made no difference. No other users are on site when testing this, so no other reason for the spikes.
The terminals have TightVNC, and i have tried the WDM to VNC, a local install of TightVNC viewer and the UltraVNC viewer, and all have the same effect on the network link.
Has anyone had similar issues, or have any suggestions on a resolution?
