VLAN Nightmare

I am trying to setup 2 vlans for a client, VLAN 1 is the secure private network, VLAN 2 is the guest wireless. I have a Cisco RVS4000 router, 1 Cisco WAP4410P wireless AP, 4 Engeniustech EAP350s, and 2 Engeniustech ECB350s. As for switches there is 1 Cisco 24 port unmanaged switch, one small 5 port switch, and the devices I believe are causing my problem, 2 Dell PowerConnect 3524 managed switches. Basically what is happening is the Engeniustech wireless APs are not getting the VLAN 2 information. It is simply not assigning IP addresses. I have the WAP4410P, plugged directly into the router and it seems to work fine. Any suggestions on changes needed on the managed switches? The client is 30 miles away and would like to take care of this remotely if possible. Thank you.
