new IT ideas for old warehouse style building

Hi all,

We are leasing a 14k sq ft building and I am in charge of IT. Was wondering if any one had good ideas or suggestions for what I should ask for. Obviously going to have WiFi throughout but wanted to bring them some more suggestions that could help the productivity of the employees.
