I have read the manual and it seems pretty straight forward. My first switch is in Master Mode and has an ID of "1". I statically assigned the second switch "2" then shut it off. I then attached two HDMI cables cross linking the two switches as per the manual. I booted the second switch and all the lights look normal and now the second switch is not going into Master Mode.
When I log into the Master I expected to see 48 ports now. I still only see the Master switch. I thought the purpose of this was to be able to manage everything through one switch? The link lights are up on both HDMI cables, all 4 lights, 2 per switch. Anyone have a suggestion as to what else needs to be addressed?
