New Switches Yay!...Do you think these would be good?

We have finally convinced management that we need new switches for our server rack, because we are running out of room, and one of the fans is even dying inside one of the switches. Since we are growing so fast we wanted to make sure we had something modern and up to date, with future room to grow.

Our eyes have been set on getting three of these http://www.dlink.com/us/en/support/product/dgs-1210-28p-28-port-poe-gigabit-smart-switch-including-4-gigabit-sfp-ports, as we need 96 ports, and did just recently acquire a new switch to allow us to expand the number of connections with these new growing pains.

We definitely want something managed and with POE. Since these switches have them it looks like these are our best bet. Do any of you have any input on this? Are there any other questions we should be asking before we decide to jump the gun.

Can you recommend any other features that may be awesome that I shouldn't have to live without?
