Basically, we have these programs written by a programmer who no longer works here, and they are taking a long time to populate the data that they use. A few of the employees here are also saying that their Outlook is taking a long time to populate their contact lists.
I can only assume this is some network problem where it is taking longer than normal to access the data needed. Can anyone give me an idea as to what might be wrong, and how I could speed it up?
