Hi Everyone,
Due to some PCI compliance issues I want to setup VLANs to separate our POS environment from the rest of the world.
Basically I wanted to start with 3 VLANS:
1. VLAN01: POS Stations
2. VLAN02: The rest of the user community
3. VLAN03: The wireless community
However, How do distinct VLANS all communicate with centralized resources? All of these machines need to see my WSUS server, my Kaspersky console needs to see every machine, and my remote management software needs to see them all as well? I only want to have a single DHCP server as well.
I'm new to VLANS (haven't needed them before) but just need a few pointers. I've looked at my switches and so far all of them support VLANS (hopefully the different brands will play nice with each other).
