Details are a little vague, but I wll try to find out more. I have a user (Building manager) that cannot download any email attachements at home from work or personal email accounts. They received a new router from Charter a few weeks ago round the time this started. Browsing the internet still works fine and they brought the HD in and it has no Viruses/malware on it. Is there anything on a Charter router that would block this?
