Implemented sftp connectivity with clients (h2h), when client (winscp) tries to connect to the host connection is ok . User can upload any file but while downloading the file from folder few of the users are getting error as "host is not communicating for more than 15 secs" . when comes out of that folder connection is getting established again. This is happening with few users only. Network part is already checked by doing ftp between host and client and looks fine. When i do sftp from my system i am able to download , permission for the folder remains same. Not sure why only few of the users are facing this error.. any one who has faced this error earlier please guide..
