Outside of Spiceworks are there any other monitoring packages that others use to monitor their endpoints that do patch management, managed AV and malware? I am looking at Kaseya and their Saas service and for the price it seems to be fairly inclusive.
My MSP seems to have dropped the ball or my being here has limited their ability to send alerts in a timely fashion. My DC was down (powered off) last weekend due to a power spike and I didn't receive a single alert. I contacted them and they stated they do not send out alerts over the weekend unless there is a critical outage. Powered off would be critical in my book. Just shopping options and letting them know I am doing so.
