Switches??

A Cisco Switch this one

I want a 48 port gigabit switch... this says Switch - L3 - managed - 48 x 10/100 + 2 x combo Gigabit SFP + 2 x 10/100/1000 - rack-mountable

So basically this is not a 48 port GB switch where all ports are gbs right ??

What does the 2x combo GB mean?

What 48 port managed GB switches do you all recommend?

I am trying to get all the switches the same right now I have 2 managed dlinks and 1 netgear and one 3com.....

I would like to replace it with a good gb switch that has all the fiber connects this one has because I need it... to improve the network .....RECOMMENDATIONS PLEASE KEEP BUDGET AT 500 TO 700

Also if I have a switch that has cat 5e cable going from it to another switch into a port with no configurations I can see then what is this???
