I've recently had to setup a VPN for an IT worker to access our SQL database. Setting up the VPN was fairly straight forward and he can login fine. The problem is as soon as he started development work all the internal internet access ground to a halt. I'm presuming that he's hogging the bandwidth. It's on a 5mb SDSL line. I was thinking of adding a firewall rule on our Watchguard XTM to limit the traffic on the VPN. Is this the right way to go.
