Can't access 1 website from Home Internet

The company my wife works for uses hostgator to host their website and email, since yesterday sometime access to the website and email doesn't work from my home Internet connection, which is AT&T Uverse. http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com shows the site is up and I could access it just fine from our ATT MPLS circuit at work. DNS is fine, ping timed out so I tracert and it times out somewhere at a liquidweb.com node, which is the network just before the host. Tracert from the gateway returns the same results, tracert from an online utility runs just fine and goes through the liquidweb.com network and reaches its destination.

I was thinking maybe my IP is being blocked or something but I don't know why it would be, or who to contact to resolve this. Any thoughts or suggestions?
