How do I do port forwarding through a VPN tunnel

Hi,

I need to set up the following:

Client connection (connecting from home on port 5506)

V

Meraki firewall (main office, 192.198.1.0/24)

V

VPN tunnel (site to site)

V

Sonicwall firewall (remote office,192.168.2.0/24)

V

Server (hosting application,192.168.2.10)

Is there some sort of port redirector that will take any traffic received from the meraki firewall matching that port and forward it through the VPN tunnel into the server at the remote location?

Either a few settings on the Meraki or a little linux VM hosted at the main office that will accomplish what I need. How fast or convoluted it is really does not matter as long as it works.
