I work for a small ISP.
Atm we use Platypus to do our billing, our ticket management, and any detail information about the customer. We also use Nagios and Cacti to keep track of outages and usage trends.
What we want is an all in one program where you open the clients account and you can see their Nagios status, a little graph from cacti, any open tickets, pictures of old projects, contact information, locations of circuits in the MPoE etc etc etc.
Some people recommended we look at the ways people are configuring Spiceworks for MSPs but we don't really care about the inventory of the client or it's status. That's a job for their IT support.
I've just recently started to move away from looking at IT solutions to looking at ISP Management tools.
Does anyone know of a package that can handle all those facets, or maybe even just a nice front end designed to work with those programs?
