Is this static route(s) possible - Router or Switch?

Have a building. It's both Retail and Office.

What I got is a ADSL Router 10.0.6.254, DHCP'n all machines, this is fine at the moment.

What I want to do is split the network into two 10.0.6.x for office and 10.0.125.x for Retail

With these two networks I need to apply the following rule. Both have internet access.

But! when they need to communicate with HO at 10.0.1.x I need them to act differently. So 10.0.6.X goes through the ADSL Router and a VPN link to us. But the 10.0.125.X (Retail) go through a MLPS VPN link.

Is there a ADSL Router/Appliance/Switch/OTHER that will allow a route to be setup based on original IP address so static routes of

FROM IP Range -- -----------------------To ADDRESS ------------------------ USE GATEWAY

10.0.6.0/24 10.0.1.0/24 10.0.1.254

10.0.125.0/24 10.0.1.0/24 10.0.6.253

But all HTTP etc to 10.0.1.254

Or should I use say two cable routers each with there own static route?
