Multiple VLANs on HP V1910

This is my first time using a managed switch, HPV1910-48G.

It will be used for a small LAN with about 20 PC hosts. There are also 3 PC hosts related to a phone system (non-VOIP, e.g. Call Center, call recording etc. ) which require access to a LAN.

I want to isolate the phone-related traffic on its own subnet but also allow access by any of the 20 PCs to that subnet for reporting purposes.

On the first VLAN, I set its address to 192.168.1.251/24 (for the main subnet) and 10.37.10.251/24 for the phone-related subnet.

The routing table (can't figure out how to upload png):

Dest IP Mask Protocol Pref Next Hop Interface
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 Static 10 192.168.1.254 Vlan-interface1
127.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 Direct 0 127.0.0.1 InLoopBack0
127.0.0.1 255.255.255.255 Direct 0 127.0.0.1 InLoopBack0
192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 Direct 0 192.168.1.251 Vlan-interface1
192.168.1.251 255.255.255.255 Direct 0 127.0.0.1 InLoopBack0

I can ping the gateway(192.168.1.254) from a host on that segment and the first VLAN address (192.168.1.251) but cannot ping the second VLAN (10.37.10.251) - Request timed out.

Can anyone tell this beginner what I've done wrong? Thanks
