Please don't get into a rush to answer this guys as this is personal. This issue I am having is yesterday I got my replacement modem from Charter. It is a Cisco DPC3010 Modem. Everything is working just fine, and then I sit down last night to play a little COD. Well, I go to connect my xbox live account and it says there is a network issue connecting to xbox live. Please test your connection using their tools. So I go to my network settings on my xbox and test the connection to xbox live. Hmm. This test works perfectly. It can see xbox live services all freaking day, but when I go to connect to my xbox live account, it can't. Anyone experience this issue? And any answers would be amazing. Thanks!!!
