I have recently purchased some Ubiquiti devices and could use some assistance setting up the guest network. My company has multiple subnets for various branches and they are connected via MPLS through Cisco Routers. The internet connection is hosted by our main location and the firewall has an internal IP address on VLAN1 (10.0.1.0/24 Network). We have mutliple VLANS that allow communication between themselves (we only use them to segragate traffic). The problem I am having is this. I have setup a SSID on the internal network so that employees can access internal resources.
I also have setup an SSID for the guest Network and have tried to apply access restrictions by using 10.0.1.0/24, but I am still able to access network resources and ping every server and switch in the company. The native VLAN on our Network is VLAN1.
I am looking for ideas on how to isolate the guest network. Any help would be appreciated.
