We currently utilize an MPLS network with Windstream for 21 locations throughout the US. Is there an advantage to this instead of using RDP to terminal services, connecting printers locally, etc. 2 locations currently do not use the MPLS, running off cable service DSL's, and seem to function just fine. They do, however, use the public IP's to get into the terminal servers, but are able to run the printers locally with little issue. (they save files to pdf, move to local computer, and print locally). Our exchange server will move to the cloud within 6 month.
Thanks for your thoughts on this.
