We're trying something new with a couple of fun whiteboard videos on "Ping and Traceroute" and "Network Storage Basics" (SAN vs NAS vs DAS). The idea is to have entertaining videos that cover IT concepts at a "summary level" - not too deep-dive, just a couple minutes long, and hopefully lots of fun too. (I know they were certainly lots of fun for Doug, Holly, and me to make - but wow, my arm is tired from drawing that fast.)
