I have added a new switch, new DHCP server and new IP range\subnet to my existing network. I am having problems with configuring DHCP relaying for this new IP range\subnet on my HP Procurve switch. I've attached a drawing of what I'm working with. The Cisco 2960 is the new switch and the new IP range is 10.109.1.1-10.109.3.250 for DHCP.
What's happening is the PC's plugged into the new cisco switch are getting a 162.87.40.x IP address. If I plug the PC directly into the HP Procurve 2910 switch I get a 10.109.10.x IP address. What I'd like to happen is for the PCs plugged into the Cisco 2960 switch to get a DHCP address from my new DHCP server with the range of 10.109.1.1-10.109.3.250
