Upgraded server from 2003 to 2012 but SMB Scanning not working

Hey Everyone,

I just completed a server upgrade from a server 2003 to server 2012 box. It's just a basic file server with some shared folders setup. One of the folders is a 'Scans' folder. A domain admin account is dedicated to authenticate from the scanners/printers to this scans folder. I've double checked permissions on that so I don't think thats the issue. I've also made sure SMB was open on the firewall.

When I copied the folders over to the new server, I used robocopy with the /MIR /SEC /TEE switches.

When scanning from a SAVIN 9240 device to the 'Scans' folder we keep getting a Transmission Failed error. According to SAVIN its just a generic error and to contact the systems admin.

Any ideas why the scans folder would work when it was on a Server 2003 and not working on a Server 2012?
