Bit of a weird question, but
It seems a few machines on our network when connected to dynamic IP and receiving their IP from our DHCP server they get IP conflicts. This only happens to a few machines so its not a big worry.
This is fine because we can set static IP addresses which solves the problem. However one person needs to go home some times and use the laptop with the problem there.
We can't set him a static IP address because it's a fuss that every time he leaves work he has to change it to dynamic and same for when he comes back to work. Is there a way that he can be on a static IP address here but when he goes home he can still connect without messing with settings etc...
If you want more details dont hesitate to ask
Thanks,
C
