pinging Server 2008 R2 from XP Clients gives different IP Address

Came in this morning and all four XP Clients in a network of 17 workstations and 2 Win Servers, have stopped connecting to the 2008 R2 server. Pinging either name or address (192.168.0.4) just times out, BUT, pinging name returns that it's trying to ping 192.168.0.45.

I've applied the Kerbos fix and was able to at least browse to the share on that server, but attempting to open a file errors out. Then it again loses all connectivity to the server.

All the Win 7 machines and the IP Phones are working fine. It's just all XP Clients.

Again, they were all working just fine Friday and yesterday afternoon and evening. No changes were administered over the weekend.

Thoughts?
