Setup a new DNS Stub Zone Windows 2008 and a new zone

Hi,

I really hope you can please guide me on this issue.

I need to setup a local office WEB server, bu I have not access to our corporate DNS.

Therefore, I have to setup a DNS server with STUB of our corporate domain, and create a new primary ZONE to add my new web server.

Questions:

Do I keep the web computer in the domain or Stand alone?

Do I need a new DC server in the same zone?

My new zone will be loffice.local
