Moved server rack and getting "network cable unplugged" errors

So last night I moved the server rack into it's newly air conditioned closet. I have 2 netgear unmanaged switches (JFS524 and FS116) that traded places. The 24 port switch went from the front network to the back network and vice versa. Now the workstations on the back network are displaying "Please Wait" for ~5 minutes before allowing logins ( but they do work ). The front network workstations are displaying a "network cable unplugged" error. On two of the workstations simply changing ports on the wall outlet worked for reestablishing access. However, on the rest I have verified that the cable and NIC are functioning correctly, tried power cycling the switch, changed the speed and duplex settings from auto detect to 10 or 100 mb/s ( what the switch supports ), moved the cable to different outlets, tried different cables, reset bios to default, etc. In addition to the workstations I have a vonage line reading "no modem detected" and two printers that have disappeared. I'm convinced that this has something to do with the switch. Does anyone know of a way to reset these things?
