Guest Network (Wi-Fi) / Untangle / (2) SG 200-50 / Wrench

I am wanting to create a secluded network with a connection through Wi-Fi. I would also like to provide Wi-Fi access to the private network as well.

If possible I would like to have one Wireless device broadcasting these two SSIDs. If not then I will have two devices for each SSID. At any rate what hardware would you recommend?

To me it seems like this is a special scenario here.

Currently there is the ISP > Untangle > (2) SG200-50
Untangle Port 1
2008 R2 Port 2

Default Gateway is Untangle: 192.168.50.1
DHCP is on Untangle: 192.168.50.210-192.168.50.220
DNS is on 2008 R2: 192.168.50.100
All other machine are set with static IPs.

2008 R2 is the AD. The private network will need to connect to the AD.
The Guest network should not be able to even ping the AD or any 192.168.50.1 address

Anything that gets hooked up to the network without a static IP will get an IP from Untangle 210-220.

I have not set up VLANs before and I think this may be the best bet but I am looking for suggestions to this.

One wrench: There is a company that is forcing this company to use Java 6 (Bad News) to use a printer to print labels. I want to set up a single machine with a straight "pipe" to the Internet back and fourth. How could I use VLANs for this and is it possible?

I am no Cisco buff but willing to learn.
