Ok, so I was told that a group home(we have group homes as well as office IT) has no internet. The Cable modem was reset and all it comes back but a person hat runs the group home I am troubleshooting said the Ethernet lights don't come back and only the light on number 2 is orange.
We called our ISP and they show that the modem and router are communicating and everything seems to be good. They are still not getting internet.
I'm planning to go out there after the office and meet up with a colleague to asses the situation further. Any advice before I head over there?
