Fibre/copper router redundancy

This might sound like a dumb question but if I have 4 lines coming into the office that consist of:

Fibre WAN
Fibre SIP
Copper WAN
Copper SIP

Where the copper only comes online if the fibre fails

What would happen if I connected these connections in to two routers and then connect it to the network.

Would something explode? Trying to create a more redundant network design (I'll attach it so you can see) but I just don't know if two routers in this configuration would be plausible or if additional configuration would be required. Can they just work with connections going through both and on to the network?
