Untangle Connects to internet, but DC and everthing else does not

I'm about to die here. I can't figure this out. I have installed untangle about a dozen times in different networks, and this has never happened.

Here is the setup:

Modem ----> Untangle (Bridged) ----> Switch ----> Clients & DC

Untangle can access the internet no problem. But my DC and therefore all my client machines can not connect to the internet. They all have local access to the DC just fine, but no one can ping google or even ping the untangle box.

Gateway on DC is set as 10.210.40.1 and my untangle internal IP is 10.210.40.1

What could I be missing?!?!
