Can ping router but cannot access the router

Hi all,

Have seen the issue a few times now, other people in a clients office can connect to the router on WiFi but a certain user cant. Have gone onto the Clients server and I can ping the said Router but I cannot connect access it via the web (page cannot be displayed)

Is there something i'm missing?

(3rd line engineer has gone out, thinks something is plugged into a switch to prevent ip addresses from distributing)
