I have a WatchGuard XTM-505 and my server is running Windows 2008 R2. I have a handful of people who are setup to connect remotely via WatchGuard SSL VPN but only two actually use it (myself and one of the other managers). The other manager is a Mac guy. He can connect his personal Mac OSX to the WatchGuard no problem. But when he tries to map one of our network drives, it will not map. I tried smb://server-name/folder-name and smb://server-ipaddress/foldername and they both prompt him for credentials. He enters his Windows username and password then the little box does the 'uh-uh-uh' shake and just sits there. We've tried multiple attempts at his login credentials including the domain and not including it. His work PC is sitting right next to him and he can lock and unlock it successfully so he appears to be using the correct username and password. Anyone have any recommendations on how to map that network drive? Very frustrating.
