I was having a terrible connection at my home over wireless so I had a ping going overnight, and forgot about it. When I got to the office 192.168.0.1 was still replying. we have a completely different subnet 10.0.0.X for our internal LAN. If I run a trace route it show it hopping through the internet and finally resolving to 192.168.0.1. Should I be worried about this and contact my ISP? Or can I just ignore this?

Here is the Tracert from my laptop
