Internet redundancy

OK, here is the choices I am considering, option 1 being the most common use option 2 may not be as common.

Overview of current setup:

I have three sites:

Site A - Has internet (Fiber), has a Point to Point to Site B (Fiber), has a VPN to Site C

Site B - Has internet hosted from Site A, has a Point to Point to Site A (Fiber)

Site C - Has internet (DSL), has a VPN to Site A

Current Fiber is from one provider right now. The new one will be from another provider

Goals: Expand bandwidth for Site C and create a redundancy to the internet for all three sites

Option 1: Install both Internet (Fiber) and Point to Point (Fiber) at Site C and install Point to Point at Site A

Option 2: Install Point to Point (Fiber) at Site C and install Internet (Fiber) and Point to Point at Site A
