Scan Errors: Unable to scan devices

Suddenly (I'm sure something happened) 90% of the devices are showing errors when they are scanned. The error msg is to check for account, password or WMI configuration. I'm know it's the account or password, WMI configuration (according to spiceworks instruction to test whether its properly functioning or not) is properly configured (able to get a serial number of a device that's is showing an error in scan).

I checked the firewall settings. I've added the exclusion to McAfee ePO

What am I missing? Or, what's process of elimination to follow to get it resolved?

Any help is appreciated.

Servers: 2003 - Antivirus: McAfee ePO 4.6. Domain environment. Devices: win 7 pro.
