Way to get mobile devices to pickup a certain ip range w/o reservations

This might be a silly question, but we are migrating from blackberry's to iPhones (about time) and so I want to segregate the mobile IP's from the data IP's. Our network is setup with a scope of 10.195.20.0/23 and so I was trying to figure out a way without adding reservations to have all of my mobile devices get an ip from the range 10.195.21.150 - 225 using dhcp. I don't want to have to setup reservations on the server or static ip's on the devices since that would take a long time to do with the amount of phones I have.

I'm thinking that is the only way to accomplish what I want, without too much work, but wasn't sure if there was around this, that didn't involve really changing the network too much (adding vlans, changing wi-fi networks, etc.)

However if setting up reservations is the easiest way to go about accomplishing my goal, then I will do it, so does anyone know of another way to do this?
