Splash Screen w/ Cisco Router and Mikrotik RB450g

Ok so this is stumpin' us here.

We've got internet coming in to a Cisco 1941 Router with an 8 port switch installed. The access points will hang off the 8 ports.

The Cisco is going to be the device that handles our wireless internet service given out to patrons. So we have the connection coming in, Cisco is doing NAT and DHCP, then giving out IP's to patrons when the connect.

What we WANT to do is add a splash screen/hotspot so that when patrons log on, they have to enter a generic screenname and password acknowledging that they've read TOS.

We have a Mikrotik 450g that we previously tested and got running, separate from the Cisco. We got the Mikrotik to do DHCP and send everyone through the splash screen then connect to the internet.

Is there a way to hang the Mikrotik off the Cisco so that patrons can get online through the Cisco via the Mikrotik splash screen? How do we need to configure both devices so that a patron who connects to our wireless will have to login at the splash screen (on the Mikoritk device) before accessing the internet (through the Cisco)?

Or is that even possible with only those two devices?
