Natting Dilemma

Guys, im having this natting dilemma here...and it goes like this....

Before i apply natting...the network 10.195.4.0/22 can easily access the 192.168.0.0/24 network.

However, there is a customer who needs to access the 192.168.0.0/24 over a vpn tunnel but they cannot include this network in their encryption domain to us as they are using that network already.

So.....i have to nat this customer, say they are from network 1.1.1.0/24 behind the 10.195.4.0/22 network.

The router which separates the 192.168.0.0/24 network and the 10.195.4.0/22 network has IPs 10.195.4.26 and 192.168.0.54 on it.

There is a webserver on 192.168.0.10 which my users access from the 10.195.4.0/22 network, and whenever i apply the nat rule which maps 10.195.4.26 to 192.168.0.10 on port 80, the customer via vpn and my users can access the site on 10.195.4.26 but my users cannot access the same site on 192.168.0.10 anymore.

I need both to work. Can this happen?

Customer from vpn will access http://10.195.4.26

My users will access the same site on http://192.168.0.10

This is not working now :)
