Port Forwarding

I just got a QNAP TS-421 NAS. I would like to use the advance features like SSH, FTP, Web Server, VPN Server.

I'm really new when it comes to port forward.

My current setup is as follows:

Internet -> dsl -> In-law's router (EA4500 named Family) -> my router (EA6400 named Umbrella Corporation) -> Qnap

I'm currently living with my in-laws. I have all my devices attached to my router. I have it in such a way so that when I move to my new house, all my equipment will be already configured.

Family (Lan 192.168.0.x) -> Umbrella Corporation (WAN 192.168.0.12 LAN 192.168.1.x) -> QNAP 192.168.1.4

According to the qnap I need to forward ports TCP: 20, 21, 22, 80, 443, 1723, 8080, 8081, 13131, UDP: 1194.

Do I have to Family router and forward those port to 192.168.0.12 then go into Umbrella Corporation router and forward those ports again to 192.168.1.4?
