I have a guest wifi network that assumes a new password every 60 days. Problem with this is most of my staff are in the field and when they all come together for a meeting (every 60+ days), they need to enter in that new password. For Windows 7, that means having to edit the profile which isn't easy for your average user to figure out or remember. So then it means I have to go around the conference room to manually change it + get interrupted throughout the day from those who showed up late or I missed.
Is there a way I can deploy a script/batch/program that can modify the existing SSID info and change the password for them?
Quick notes
- All laptops are mobile. They do not connect to our main network/server/domain/etc.
- All laptops are connected to our Citrix Sharefile account. So I could easily deliver a file to them to run to make this change.
- All laptops are in use at home or hotels so they could download said files prior to arriving to our main office.
