Can someone tell me if this is the correct way in doing this...

We two suites that are sharing the same switch but they have 2 modems and 2 routers. Do I need to set it up where company A uses Modem A (192.168.1.x) with Router A (192.168.1.x) and give a static IP to the 4 computers in company A. We only have 1 switch and they both have to use it.

Company B uses Modem B (192.168.2.x) with Router B (192.168.2.x) and give those computers static IPs for the B subnet?

I wish I could do it with DHCP but the computers won't know which router to pull an address from correct? Thanks all.
