Setting up a new "branch office" off my main network

Hopefully this isnt too confusing. I have tried many different things and done a lot of googling but I think I just confused myself. We are setting up a new branch that will not be deployed until February but I want to get everything set up and tested beforehand to save time onsite. We have a DC, a handful of PC's, printers, and Shoretel VOIP phones that will be in this branch. I want to build it off me network as "real life" as I can. Routers are Cisco.

As you can see in the pic attached we have a MPLS connecting all our branches. 50Router config was copied from a working branch and I want to keep it as untouched as I can so it still works when go get onsite so I figured I would connect it to our network through another router. Maybe this is where it gets too complex but when I tried connecting 50Router to 01Router I had DHCP traffic from 50Router assigning ip addresses to phones on the 01 network so I added the TEST Router in between.

From the 50 network I can only ping to the Ser interface on TEST Router. Can anyone help me work through this? What parts of the configs do you need to see?
