I have 4 buildings with a Spiceworks installation in each. These were originally setup for local help desk and inventory. Everything works great, thank you Spiceworks.
Now I have tied all of the building together via fiber and removed each of the buildings internet sources. All of the servers and internet portal have been moved with the exception of a local authentication server (AD/DHCP/DNS ) to the main building. I want to turn 3 of the Spiceworks installations into Collectors. In the main building I want to have the ability to assign tickets to techs throughout the different buildings and monitor everything that is going on not only in the help desk, but the inventory.
Can this be done with the existing installations or do I have to scrub them and start fresh?
